My mom wrote this in High School, it's a free style poem, only three lines though. I really like it.

Snow blankets the landscape.
Rabbit tracks hop across the forest floor.
Silence reigns

Is this a Haiku? 'cos the beat is meant to be 5/7/5 - this poem is 6/9/3.

Other than my fiendish nit-picking :P I really liked this poem/haiku?
I don't normally care too much for long poems. So this is a gift unto my heart :D
It was so simple, it said everything it needed too. It had no airs or graces, just simple and to the points - making it all the more beautiful for it.

very beautiful.
Well done :D
